Prices:

Prices quoted include electricity, hot/cold water and heating. 

Damage deposit:

There is a damage deposit of £150 which is fully refundable on your return, subject to any damage claims.

Payment:

A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is payable on booking.  The balance (70% plus £150 damage deposit ) is due eight weeks before your date of arrival at the villa.  If your booking is less than six weeks prior to your arrival at the villa, payment of your total holiday cost, plus £150 damage deposit, is due immediately with your booking.

Personal Insurance & Cancellation cover:

We would recommend that you take out travel insurance at the time of booking to include cancellation cover.  If you have to cancel your visit more than eight weeks prior to your date of arrival at the villa, we will try to re-let the villa and deduct any cost from your deposit and return the balance to you.  If it is not possible to re-let then we will retain your booking deposit - the £150 damage deposit will be returned to you in full.

If you have to cancel less than eight weeks before your date of arrival at the villa, the booking deposit will be retained and you will also be liable for the remaining balance unless the villa can be re-let.  The damage deposit will be returned in full.

Cancellation:

Should your booking be cancelled by us you will receive a full refund of all monies paid to us and you will also be offered a suitable alternative date.  You will also be offered compensation if and as appropriate.  A minimum compensation of £20 per booking will usually be paid.  However, compensation will not be due where any cancellation results from 'force majeure', i.e. circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as fire, flood, exceptional weather conditions, destruction or damage of the property by any cause other than our own negligence and all similar situations.  No compensation, expenses, costs or other sums of any description will be payable in such circumstances.

Liability:

We shall have no liability for any death or personal injury.  You must take all necessary steps to safeguard your own property.

Pool:

Use of the pool is at your own risk and it is essential that children are not allowed to use the pool unsupervised.  We can accept no responsibility for any injury or otherwise resulting from use of the pool.

Arrival/departure:

Full details re key collection will be sent to you once your payment has been received in full.  Please avoid arriving at the property before 3.00pm.  On departure, the house should be vacated by 10.00am to allow preparation for the next visitors.  Linen and towels will be provided.  We would ask that you leave the houe in a clean and orderly state.  There is plenty of parking at the property; cars are parked at the owner's own risk.
